Tick “I need masking SMS” when you register, enter your preferred sender name (up to 11 letters or numbers) and upload your NID and trade license. Registration is free, and approval usually takes a few working days after documents are verified.

How many characters fit in one Bangla SMS?

One Bangla (Unicode) SMS holds 70 characters, while English holds 160. Longer messages are split into parts of 67 Bangla or 153 English characters, and each part is billed as one SMS.

Can I send OTP SMS through the API?

Yes. Use the same REST API with the OTP route for priority delivery, real-time delivery reports and webhooks.

How do I recharge my balance?

Do unused SMS expire?

What documents do I need to open an account?

Your NID number and a scan of your NID are required. A profile photo is optional, and a trade license is needed only for masking SMS.
